DL Aluminum Fin Series
The DL series products borrow the structure of air conditioner evaporators, using stacked, stamped aluminum fins as heat transfer fins. This structure significantly increases the heat exchange area and improves the manufacturing process. The products feature: compact size and large heat exchange area per unit volume. For the same heat exchange capacity, its volume is only about 60% of that of a vortex heat exchanger. Due to the extensive use of stamped parts, product consistency is good, production efficiency is high, and quality is stable. Long service life; the heat transfer tubes are made directly from drawn copper tubing, with uniform wall thickness, low residual stress, and strong corrosion resistance. The products are suitable for injection molding machines, die-casting machines, hydraulic presses, air compressors, etc., but are not recommended for cooling high-viscosity or contaminated oils.
